1995-045 Speedboating on Hudson River, 1930's: Newspaper Clippings and Memorabilia   1937-1942  Contains newspaper article clippings on outboard speed boat races on the Hudson River between Albany and New York City in 1937-38. Also contains a photograph of Rhinebeck Town Hall and photograph of fire at Haven's house at Linlithgo. Contains an unbound scrapbook with newspaper clippings, photographs, postcards. The postcards are of 1st Army maneuvers in Plattsburgh NY in 1939. The photographs were taken around 1937-1938 by Alfred Plass, an outboard speedboat racing enthusiast who collected information and memorabilia about races on the Hudson River between Albany and New York City.
